• To send notifications regarding your service status (e.g., Charging Started, Charging Completed).
• To improve our application features and customer support.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or lease your data. We only share necessary details with authorized charging service providers to complete your request, or as required by UAE laws.

Eligibility

You must be the owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization to request charging services for it within Dubai.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the exact location and ensuring that the vehicle's charging port is accessible to our service team.

Limitation of Liability

AutoShip provides a platform to facilitate remote charging. We are not liable for any pre-existing vehicle/battery electrical faults or delays caused by incorrect location details provided by the user.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
